Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. However, as per our 7-Days Replacement Warranty, we do offer replacement ONLY if a product has manufacturing defects.
Customers CANNOT request for order replacements for any other reason other than manufacturing defect(s).
As per our 7-Days Replacement Warranty, customers have two choices in case of orders with manufacturing defects:
They can either buy the same product from our website.
If that particular product is not available, they can pick up any other product of equal or higher value. (For higher value products, they will have to pay the additional difference in pricing.)
To avail the 7-Days Replacement Warranty for order(s), customers should inform us about the discrepancy in product by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of receiving of the order(s).
In compliance with the 7-Days Replacement Warranty, we will send the replaced product (based on the customer’s choice) within 15 days of placing a new order.
The customer has to bear the shipping and handling costs involved in sending the defective product back to us.
Do not open/accept a package that has been tampered with and let us know at email@example.com so we can take corrective measurements.
Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following orders are excluded from our 7-Days Replacement Warranty:
Any product that exhibits usage and/or physical damage
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories including the retail box, manuals, cables and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

A full refund of the payment amount is applicable only if a customer chooses to cancel his/her order.
Refunds CANNOT be made in parts, since items ordered cannot be cancelled in isolation from an entire order.
Payment for orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will be refunded within 5 business days after the cancellation is processed.
Payment for orders cancelled after 24 hours of placement will be refunded within 10-15 business days after the cancellation is processed. In this case, we will also deduct 5% of the total order value towards cancellation charges and refund the remaining balance to the customer.
The terms of our Refund Policy are not bound by the terms of our Return & Replacement Policy. Therefore, the terms of refund are NOT applicable for products with manufacturing defects or orders with tampered/damaged packaging.
